1. What this policy covers
Cookies and similar technologies include browser local storage, tags, pixels and scripts that store or access information on your device. Optional technologies stay off until you choose otherwise.

4. Analytics
If enabled, Google Tag Manager may load Google Analytics tags. Possible identifiers include _ga, _ga_*, _gid and related measurement storage. Exact tags, cookie names and retention must be verified against the live GTM container: [GTM / GA4 INVENTORY AND RETENTION TO BE COMPLETED]. With Analytics enabled the site also loads Microsoft Clarity, a heatmap and session-replay service that stores _clck (about one year) and _clsk (session) on this domain and may set CLID on clarity.ms. Clarity masks form fields and sensitive content by default. Analytics consent also loads Yandex Metrica, a traffic-analysis service with heatmaps and session replay that stores _ym_uid and _ym_d (about one year), _ym_isad and _ym_visorc (session) on this domain; visitor IP addresses are truncated before storage. Nothing loads until Analytics consent is given, and Microsoft and Yandex each act as a separate controller under their own terms.
5. Advertising
If enabled, Google Ads, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, Pinterest and LinkedIn measurement or remarketing tags may load. Possible identifiers include _gcl_au, IDE and test_cookie (Google Ads), _fbp and _fbc (Meta), _ttp (TikTok), _pin_unauth and _epik (Pinterest), and li_sugr, bcookie, bscookie, UserMatchHistory, AnalyticsSyncHistory and lidc (LinkedIn), depending on the GTM configuration and which tags are active. Google Consent Mode v2 receives separate advertising and personalisation states; Meta, TikTok, Pinterest and LinkedIn tags are gated on the same Advertising choice but do not receive Google's consent signal, since each acts as a separate controller under its own terms. With Advertising enabled, campaign parameters and Google click identifiers may be retained in kb-attribution for up to 30 days, carried between Kitebelles pages and included in a booking request sent to EspoCRM. Without Advertising consent, the site does not retain or forward those identifiers; the CRM receives only the form and service context and a status stating that advertising attribution is unavailable.
6. External media
Google Maps frames and Instagram embeds remain blocked until External media is enabled. Loading them sends request and device information to Google or Meta and may allow the provider to set or read its own storage. An ordinary external link remains available without enabling the embedded content.
7. Withdrawal and limits
Changing settings blocks future optional loads and updates Google consent signals. The site attempts to remove known first-party Google identifiers accessible to it. It cannot retrieve data already sent to a third party or delete third-party storage outside this domain; use the provider’s controls as well.
